putting up a fight!

Hi fellow cats -- Kit here.  Well, it happened to me again today.  I got shoved into the PTU and taken to the v-e-t for my follow up thyroid appointment.  I howled all the way there!

When we got there, the tech came and took me away from my mom to go get my blood stolen.  They took off my collar, and I was so mad at them that they didn't even try to put it back on!  I get my results on Monday.  Then the v-e-t came out to talk to my mom about our food situation.  I have gained a little weight, so the situation is not dire, but they would like me to be a) eating more and b) not yakking.  The v-e-t gave my mom some prescription food for cats with upset tummies.  We will try that tonight.  I am sure Athena will eat it.  Athena eats everything.

Maybe if you eat it you won't get stuffed in the PTU again Kit!!!

LOL at the comment that Athena eats anything. We think that food might be kind of...bland. But you never know!

We have our paws crossed for your T4 results on Monday!

Poor Kit! Life is just Not Fair...here you need to eat, but you don't like your foods. Do you like baked chicken breast? Or eggs? We have heard of a dry tuna sprinkle for foods to make it more tasty...we'll see if we can find the link.
Also, what about a high calorie paste like nutrical?

when mommy was at petsmart the other day to get me hairball paste, she saw GNC's Calorie booster next to it and thought of you.... i wonder if this is safe and if it'll help you...

Kit, it's the perpetual dilemma - why do humans keep doing things that make us feel worse in their attempts to make us feel better?

Kit think on the upside soon you can become a vampire kitty with all the bloods stolen. I am keeping you in my thoughts and purring that you gain weight so there will no longer be all of the worrying.
